  Often the problem with a client is that they are too close to the problem. In other words, "Can't see the forest for the trees". The client's staff is on the road nearly 100 days out of year teaching, presenting, or consulting with others on their products in the field. The fact that they are doing more than what the industry expects, in addition to creating product and providing critcal literature, seemed an important topic to us. Moral: Never be afraid to tell the client to pat themselves on the back. Modesty may may get you into heaven, but it doesn't lead to sales.
