We have been asked to create User Manuals for various products. This requires an in-depth knowledge of the product and its working procedures. In addition to being useful the piece must portray the fact that that the actual machinery is worth the big ticket price the client wishes to sell it for. This means the Manual must appeal to rank-and-file professionals and upper management types who still have to be swayed.
