Wurtec turned to us to assist in a problem of user misapplication of the Henning Weight Watcher device. When used correctly the tool was highly efficient, however some professionals still clung to old-fashioned ideas and methods. The end result leading to negative feedback which would impact future tool upgrades. We proposed an e-blast series (an alternative version shown) that would engage the reader and link back to the Wurtec home site where reference materials could be downloaded. A step-by-step illustrative approach (seen right) was used since on-site photography is often impossible to obtain, and offering loads of detailed copy would only make the article less accessible to a wide audience. In addition to the campaign, the provided copy and visual elements were also used to create a field presentation and industry white paper.
